Grateful

I pray everynight. I always thank God for all my blessings, usually my family and friends, providing for me and mine, I guess what you would call the "usual". I believe God sends vessels in many forms including people, to bless me and everyone. I believe you should always give God the glory for everything good in your life. Tonight while I was thanking God for my blessings, it dawned on me that I should thank His vessels as well.

Have you ever been blessed by something someone did for you? Why don't we ever say, Thank you for being my Father's vessel and blessing me. Someone helping you when you need help, or an ear, or a ride, or a co-signer..lol..for any reason, because it's God in us that makes us do the good we do in life. BIG and small. Maybe it's your mom's voice in your head that makes you do something good, or some advice you received from a teacher or friend, or even a movie or song, it really doesn't matter where it came from, I promise you, it can be traced back to GOD.

There is a great short order cook that prepared your meal, but you always tip the waitress just for getting it to you. Why? because we can make it a a tough job, and when someone can do it with a nice smile and genuine kindness, that deserves a reward.

Be grateful for God's vessels....and of course for God too. ☺
